When it's in the 30's it's no problem convincing a 20 month old to keep hats an gloves on. Yes, we go outside and play in the 30's in MO... I know in CA I thought I'd die from it but come to find out it's really okay and everyone does it here. I even saw moms with newborns. Don't know I'd be comfortable with that but have learned the body does adjust to the cold well...
